1970's I Like Worms Soda Can Cherry Cola Best Worms You Ever Tasted Vintage
Vintage I Like Works, Best Worms You Ever Tasted cherry cola soda can that is in great condition. This can is empty and missing the pull top, it does not appear to have any dents, or scratches. There is typical shelf wear and wear from being moved around over the years. The color does not look to be faded, and some extremely minor surface rust discolor is showing on the base. There is a stamping on the base of the can but unable to make out what it says.
Details:
In 1973, the popular children's book “How to Eat Fried Worms” was published and could have influenced this particular brand of cherry soda’s odd name: “I Like Worms/Best Worms You’ve Ever Tasted.” Created by the LADCo (the Larry and Duane Company) in 1974.
