    Description

    This Nature Land Candles offering is for an Antique 21" Chinese Bamboo and Wood 1858 Wedding Basket with Chinese Lady.  This rare wedding basket has a lid and 2 containers.  It is 13" wide.  The basket lid a had picture of a Chinese Lady and the sides have a bird and flowers pattern.  There is a red custom seal on the inside of the lid which is stamped with "Customs Permiss, B01".  One side handle has the date "1858" written in Chinese.  The other handles has Chinese well wishes written on it.  The basket is good antique condition.  The pictures are clear.  The wood sides do have a couple of splits and a 3" piece of the bamboo wrapping around the lower section is missing.  Please see the pictures for details.  If you would like addition pictures please ask us.
