    Offered is a 1919 Arms of Nova Scotia Note. PMG graded and certified VG10.  A VG10 is the equivalent of a VG/F note as according to the numeric grading scale used by 3rd party paper money grading firms VG's start at over 8 and Fine's at over 12.  No Holes, No Punctures, No Restoration, No Repairs.
