Mining compass have some distinctive features: the compass limb is graduated counterclockwise (this allows you to read the azimuth immediately in degrees along the northern end of the arrow when sighting objects or applying a compass to the rock formation), a level to control the compass horizontality when determining the parameters of rock beds, as well as an inclinometer .
ITEM'S CONDITION: WELL-USABLE
The compass still in fine working condition, looks accurately used even traveled thousands miles before with previous owner (he was a professional geologist).
