Kerns K517 Surveyor Tool with tripod and rod

Description

This is a very lightly used Kerns K517 surveyor tool.  Included is also the tripod and rod.  The sight was stored inside the house and looks brand new.  The rod and tripod were stored in the shed and are a little shopworn, but everything is in great working order.
I couldn't figure out how to list a flat shipping cost, but it's going to be a very large box, so I added a handling cost to cover the shipping.
