Large Vintage A. LIETZ 16002 Surveyors Transit for Parts or Restoration (NR)

Description

Offered is a vintage A. Lietz (San Francisco, USA) surveyor's transit for parts or restoration. The optics are clear, but I do not see any cross hairs as I would have expected. The linear and fish-eye bubble levels are intact. It is also missing some minor attachment hardware/screws (see last 3 photos).
It's fairly heavy (estimate 12+ pounds with packing) thus the high shipping charge.
