The 1893 2¢ postal stationery card with heading error - TARJETA POSTAL only, no French CARTE POSTALE. Uprated with an added 1¢ stamp, and sent from Mexico City (Dec. 29, 1893 cancel), via Nuevo Laredo (Jan. 1, 1894), to Düsseldorf, Germany. Good condition. Old EPS & Bamert PC50.
