Old Mission Swirl 4-3/4in Shoulder Vase, Bauer ?, Excellent Condition, No Mark

I am calling this old unmarked mission swirl 4-3/4in shoulder vase, Bauer, but I cannot confirm that identification. The vase seems to conform to the photos and descriptions in the Jack Chipman Bauer book (page 31), where he calls this style a 'swirled polychrome painted effect', and then attributes to Bauer, but he does not mention or describe marks or other means of identification. I have owned the vase since 1996, and have not been able to positively id it, so will list and let others decide. The vase has no flaws, it has not been repaired, and it is molded as best we can see, with the swirl effect both within the clay, and again in a final finishing glaze application on top of the clay; the finishing wipe has left small amounts of the last glaze lower down on the interior, where one can feel it with your fingers, but the exterior is perfectly smooth.
Vase stands 4-3/4 inches tall, the top rim measures 2-1/4 inches in diameter, and the base is 1-7/8 inches in diameter.
